YOU WILL NEED:
1kg chicken (breast or thigh)
1 onion
2 gloves garlic
4 tblspn lemon juice
4 tblspn soy sauce
4 tblspn peanut butter
2 tblspn brown sugar
400ml coconut milk
fresh coriander to serve
serve with rice and a fresh green salad
you can also add peanuts, fresh red chilli sliced, fresh lemongrass, drizzle fresh lemon.
